No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Must be 18 years or older to win. Only 1 entry per household. Employees, vendors, or trade partners are not eligible to win. To enter contest, simply fill out an official entry form (in person) with any Rockford New Home Consultants and Rockford will draw one lucky winner on Monday, April 24th. Winner does not need to be present to win. Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received and the winner will be selected at random. The potential winner will be notified by Rockford via email to the email address provided on the entry form. If such potential winner declines in writing to accept this prize or if Rockford is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period (not to exceed 72 hours), or a potential winner is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Rockford’s sole discretion and time permitting, may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. By accepting the prize, the entrant consents to the use of the entrant’s name, voice, and likeness, and all accompanying personally identifiable information entrant submits, via all forms of media in perpetuity, without notice, attribution, or compensation (other than the specific prize described herein) to entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, except where prohibited by law.
