We at Rockford Homes understand that buying a home is one of the largest events in a family’s life. As a family-owned and operated business, we want you to know Rockford continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 virus to protect the health of your family and ours.
We remain open and are playing our part in the real estate and construction industries to keep our economy moving during these unique times. Given concerns associated with COVID-19, we want you to know that we have instituted the following safety practices to better protect the health of our homebuyers and employees:
· In an effort to manage group sizes and practice appropriate social distancing, our model homes and design center are currently operating on an “appointment only” basis.
· When possible, we encourage virtual or phone appointments utilizing Facetime, Zoom, Skype, etc. Please call or email us at ask@rockfordhomes.net to schedule your appointment.
· Our sales centers and model homes are being cleaned and sanitized routinely. Our New Home Consultants are also conducting supplemental cleanings throughout the day including between each in-office appointment.
· We are maintaining staffing levels in each of our offices, sales centers, and model homes in accordance with the recommendations put forth by the CDC. In addition, any employee exhibiting cold or flu symptoms or who has a family member feeling ill has been instructed to stay home.
If you prefer to visit our communities from the comfort of your home, rest assured we can facilitate the purchase of your new home digitally. As a first step, please visit our website at www.rockfordhomes.net to begin exploring customized options to fit your needs. Feel free to utilize our chat widget or contact us forms on the website to ask any initial questions or to schedule an appointment. Our New Home Consultants are prepared to answer your questions and walk you through the homebuying process virtually and over the phone.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate this difficult time together as a family. Despite the challenges, we will continue to offer quality customer service while following the recommendations put forth by the CDC.
